Yes, setup and breakdown is included with our Signature & Premier packages. All other packages require you to coordinate setting up and breaking down at the end of your booking.
In order to reserve our venue, we ask for a $1,000 deposit to secure your date!
While we have a list of vendors we trust and can provide recommendations based on our positive experiences, we do not require you that you use our vendors!
We have onsite parking for up to 300 guests. There are 3 ADA reserved spots on pavement, but the remaining are on a gravel parking lot.
In the event of bad weather, we have both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. The Indoor option is within the 6000 sq ft barn that can host up to 300 guests. You could also elect to rent an outdoor tent and we can provide some recommended vendors.
Yes. Food & Bar Trucks are welcome but please coordinate with us on recommended parking locations for your vendors.
Yes, we have a bar equipped for kegs and taps to serve your favorite beverages. While you do not have to purchase alcohol through us, we must distribute the alcohol you bring on premise for your event.
IMPORTANT: All alcohol consumed on the property must be distributed by approved and OLCC licensed Oak + Hood staff. Please contact us for more details.

Yes, this is permitted in outdoor areas and along the venue walkway, provided that safety water buckets are used to ensure a safe and smooth exit for your couple.
